How to customize the Summary page in Apple Fitness
Keep in mind that the changes to Apple Fitness are still being adjusted, and there may be further refinements before the public release. We will update this information accordingly. Here are the steps to customize the Apple Fitness Summary page in iOS 18.
Step 1: Launch the Apple Fitness app to access the default Summary page.
Step 2: Scroll down and select Edit Summary.
Step 3: Customize the Summary page by pressing firmly on the screen. Drag the cards on the screen to rearrange them according to your preferences. For example, you can move the Fitness+ section to the top.
Step 4: To add new sections to the Summary page, tap the Add button at the top right.
Step 5: From the selection screen, choose a card to add to your Summary and then click on Add card.
Step 6: When you have finished editing, tap Done.
In the current version of iOS 18, you cannot remove cards from the Apple Fitness Summary page as easily as you can add them. However, we anticipate this feature will be added in the future and will provide instructions on how to do so once it becomes available.
