In a statement to GamesIndustry.biz, a spokesperson for Humble Games refuted the closure rumors and assured that “upcoming releases are not affected”.
On Twitter, Humble Games addressed the situation, explaining that they had made the decision to restructure their operations due to challenging economic times.
PocketGamer.biz has reached out to Humble Games for clarification on their plans to continue operations after the layoffs.
“Challenging Period”
Humbe Games stated in a message that the decision to restructure was made after careful consideration to ensure the stability and support of their developers and ongoing projects. They also clarified that this restructuring will not impact operations at Humble Bundle.

Previous Layoffs

Humble Games publishes games across various platforms and has worked on titles such as Supraland, The Iron Oath, and Lost Skies. They have also partnered with developers for mobile releases like Slay the Spire, Forager, and Crying Suns.
