How to Obtain All Police Outfits in GTA Online
Police Enforcer

To unlock the Police Enforcer outfit, visit your salvage yard business and access the computer. Initiate a robbery at the police station, specifically Mission Row. Complete the necessary preparations for the robbery to become available.
Once prepared, start the robbery, and you will spawn in with the Police Enforcer outfit. Access your interaction menu, navigate to your inventory, and select body armor. Equip or show armor, then rapidly press the right D-pad for 15 to 30 seconds. After that, enter the pause menu, go to online, and join a new session. You should now spawn with the police outfit from the mission, which you can save and customize to your liking.
IAA Agent

The IAA Agent outfit, featuring the IAA badge, is customizable. Head to the IAA building, denoted by the golden U on the map. Access the Golden Circle and initiate it by pressing the right D-pad. Confirm the settings in the menu and begin the mission to choose the desired outfit.
While in the mission, access the interaction menu, go to appearance or style, then illuminated clothing, and press the right D-pad continuously for about 30 seconds. Enter your console home screen or dashboard until you are removed from the mission, approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes. Upon ejection, wait on the alert for 5 seconds, then accept it. You should now spawn in with the IAA agent outfit, which you can save and customize at a clothing store.
NOOSE Police

To acquire the NOOSE Police outfit, enlist the help of a friend and bookmark a specific job (links provided for Xbox and PlayStation). Have your partner initiate the job and invite you. After skipping the cutscene, your outfit should change to the NOOSE attire.
Access the interaction menu in the job, navigate to appearance or style, then illuminated clothing, and rapidly press the right D-pad for 15 to 20 seconds. Proceed to accessories, change your gloves, then exit the job using your phone to spawn in with the NOOSE outfit from the mission.
Regular Cop

For the Regular Cop outfit, PlayStation users can bookmark a custom job and follow similar steps as before. Xbox users will need to participate in versus missions, available during weekly updates such as Truck Off, Into the Wild, and Hippie Hunting.
To obtain the outfit in a versus mission, ensure the clothing is set to Classic, invite a player, initiate the mission, and set the versus outfits to Justice. While in the job, access the interaction menu, go to illuminated clothing, and press the right D-pad repeatedly for about 30 seconds. Wait until you are removed from the job, then accept the alert after 5 seconds.
