Utilizing ultra-wideband (UWB) technology, the Moto Tag seamlessly integrates with Google’s Find My Device network. It can be used on various items like keys, wallets, and luggage, providing precise tracking using Google’s network on Android phones, especially those with UWB support.
The Moto Tag boasts a simple design compatible with third-party accessories and is IP67-rated for durability. It also features a long-lasting CR20232 battery, lasting up to a year, making it ideal for daily use.
In addition to item tracking, the Moto Tag features a multifunctional button for remote shutter use, allowing users to capture photos effortlessly. Privacy is a top priority, with end-to-end encryption and heightened security measures.
The setup process for the Moto Tag is seamless, utilizing Google Fast Pair for quick connection to compatible devices. The Moto Tag app offers customization options and monitoring features for an enhanced user experience.
The Moto Tag will be available in the U.S. and Canada starting August 2, priced at $25 each or $100 for a four-pack.
